Happy Easter!

We had a wonderful weekend here, although it was surprisingly busy! Friday night I had to sing and Jason had nursery duty at church, and he had quite the crowd! Sunday I had to sing 3 services (yikes!) and Patrick and Kutu joined us mid-afternoon for an Easter feast (as Lillian calls it!) and Patrick also sang in our church's evening service. We were missing my parents as my dad isn't feeling the greatest, but we're hoping they'll make it here next weekend!

Puppy James

Ever since Bapa, Mema and Maestro were last here James has taken to laying on the backs of the couch and telling us he's "Maestro". For those of you how know my parents and their dog I thought you'd get a kick out of this. Yes, those are my parents olds couches and that is EXACTLY how Maestro lays on them!

A taste of spring!

We've been loving the warmer weather this past week! The kids were so excited to open the sandbox and break out the sidewalk chalk! James has even figured out how to pedal his big wheels finally!

James' big present from Grandma & Grandpa and Bapa & Mema an easel! We think James is going to be an artist when he grows up. He loves to draw!

James's cake! He loves Blues Clues so that's what Mommy made this year! Those of you who know me know that I cheated this year and used an already molded pan to create Blue puppy!
